Paul Jesberg

Paul Jesberg, born February 22, 1945 in Santa Monica, CA, passed away peacefully on his birthday, February 22, 2017, in Modesto due to complications from a previous stroke.  Paul is predeceased by his parents Paul Allison Jesberg Sr. and Ruth (Jesberg) Donato. Paul was a loving, devoted father and grandfather; he is survived by his sons Darin and daughter-in-law Elizabeth Jesberg, Christopher and daughter-in-law Tuesdae Jesberg and his four grandchildren; Elsa, Ryan, Caryssa, and Tessa.  He is also survived by his four step brothers; Frank (Cyndee) Donato, David, Michael, and John Donato.  Paul was married to Barbara Parker (Heckendorf) in 1967; after their divorce in 1977 they maintained a strong lifelong friendship.  

Paul graduated from Chaminade College Preparatory High School Class of 1963 in Canoga Park, CA. Paul, a master appliance technician, retired from Sears in 2011 after 32 years of service. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and spending time with his family.

Franklin and Downs have been entrusted with his care and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 25, 11:00am at Franklin and Downs 1050 McHenry Ave in Modesto, CA. The final resting place will be Lakewood Memorial Park in Hughson, CA
