Virginia Ann Costa

On March 18, 2021, Virginia Costa passed away in Modesto, Ca. Born on August 19, 1928, in a small log cabin at the Taylor Ranch near Havre, Montana. She was predeceased by her husband Joe Costa in 2017. Twin Brother Eugene Van, brother Jack Stephen, William James, and George Albert. After moving to Omaha she graduated from Omaha Technical High School in 1946.She raised two daughters, Susan (Manual) Sigarroa of Pahrump, Nv., Linda (Barry) Humphrey of Cambria, Ca.Grandchildren include Ami Sigarroa, Bill Sigarroa, Nicole Oehmke, Garth Humphrey, and Erin Humphrey.Great Grandchildren are Matthew Gallichio, Avery Sigarroa, and Justin Sigarroa, Octavia Oehmke, Maleah Madera, Margaret Oehmke, Micah Madera, Henry Oehmke, Stella Humphrey, and Kellan Humphrey.A resident of Modesto since 1972 she was an active member and board member of the Modesto Garden Club, LARCS, and numerous other non-profit as well as Travel Clubs. After retirement, she and Joe traveled and cruised the world and explored, via Motorhome the United States, Mexico and Canada.
