Stewart Kline

Stewart L. Kline 83 passed away on March 7th 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Modesto, Ca. Born on September 12, 1934 to Henry and Alma Kline in Modesto, Ca.
Stewart is survived by his companion of over 17 years Shirley Jones, along with his five children, Linda (Don) Johnson of Montana, Mike (Tammie) Kline of Ceres, Jeffery Proctor of Florida, Kurt (Daris) Kline of Turlock. Sandy (Steve) Nelson of Ceres, and his brother and sister in law Dr. Mark & Ramona Kline of Palm Desert, Ca. Along with nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Stewart was raised in Ceres, graduated from Ceres High in 1952, then attended Modesto JC. Joining the US Army he was stationed in Germany playing French horn in the Army band. Stewart retired from Thrifty Drug Store and went on to Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company where he retired for the final time.
He enjoy fishing, some travel and attending his grandchildren‘s sporting events or any activity they were involved in.
There was a private family service held on March 22.
