Shelly Rene Leuterio

Shelly Rene Leuterio passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at the age of 52. She was born on May 5, 1969 to Gavino R. Leuterio and Emma Sue Ramos Leuterio in Salinas, Ca.
 Shelly was preceded in death by her mother Emma Sue Leuterio. Her grandparents Hospicio and Emma Sena Ramos and grandmother Apollonia Leuterio.
 Shelly was a free spirit, she lived everyday as if it were her last. She enjoyed writing poetry and she loved to shop. She loved spending time with her family but she surely did enjoy her alone time. She believed in doing and saying anything to anyone at any time in the moment. Shelly was a sister, an aunt, a daughter and a friend whose presence alone, made you feel loved and protected. She was a warrior, our love and now our Angel.
Shelly was survived by her wife Deborah Lynn Forrest of Oakdale, CA. Her son Daniel Torres Sena of Lancaster, CA. Her father Gavino Leuterio and stepmother Emma O. Leuterio. Her sister Rebecca Leuterio Lopez, nieces Anastasia Camilla Leuterio and Kira Santiago of New York. Her nephews Fabian Xavier Coria and Andy Lamb Lopez II. Her sister Dana Lozano, brother-in-law Jimmie Lozano Jr. and niece Lilith Emma Lozano. She is also leaving behind many dear friends and family who will miss her very much.
A visitation Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 4-7 PM will be held at Franklin & Downs Funeral Home 1050 McHenry Ave. Modesto, CA 95350. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, September 9 from 11-2 PM.
