Sandra Sue Chase

Sandra Sue Chase, 78, entered into rest on May 6, 2018 in her home surrounded by loved ones. Sandy was born on February 9, 1940 to Bruce and Marian Warner in Fairfield, IA where she spent her childhood before making her way to Modesto where she was a resident for 62 years.
Sandy is survived by her loving husband Vinson Chase, whom she would be celebrating 60 years of marriage this September 6th. She is also survived by her sons and daughters-in law, Mark and Amy Chase, Brent and Theresa Chase, all of Modesto; her grandchildren, Kady Gonzales, Markie Chase, McCall Chase, Nolan Chase, Ryan Chase and Tyler Chase; two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Reagan Warner of Dallas, TX, and Lance Warner of Modesto, CA.
Sandy was the best wife and mother to our two boys. The Lord could not have given me anyone else to make my life more complete. I enjoyed her and loved her so much. We loved our two boys and did a lot of traveling with them and just the two of us also. We had a great 60 years and I will miss her a lot and can't wait to see her in Heaven again. Love you honey.
Franklin & Downs Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Chase Family. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am on June 1, 2018 at CrossPoint Community Church, 1301 12th St, Modesto, CA 95354; a luncheon will follow immediately after the service at 12:00pm. Donations in Sandy's name may be made to the Modesto Youth Soccer Association Care of Referee Program.
