Margarita Ibarra

Margarita Angulo Ibarra was born in 1938 at La Soledad, located near Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico. She was married for 63 years to Jesus Ibarra, who survives her. After a little over a decade living in Tepa, Margarita and Jesus moved their family to Los Angeles, Modesto, and finally to Ceres, which they have called home for 47 years. Margarita worked for 20 years in food processing, most of those at Trivalley. She was also a proud Teamster.

Margarita is survived by five of her children (Ramiro, Arcelia, Rosa, Juan, and Daniel), and was preceded in death by her son Ricardo. Margarita was very loved and will be fondly remembered by all of her many children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, siblings, and nieces and nephews both in Mexico and the United States. She greatly enjoyed when her family came to visit her and was always there to welcome us with a smile and a warm meal. In loving memory of a great wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

  Franklin & Downs Funeral Home, Ceres Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements for Margarita.  A Graveside service at Ceres Memorial Park will be on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 10:00AM.
