Manuel Anthony Santos

Tony (Manuel Anthony Santos), 65, of Modesto, peacefully entered the arms of his
Lord July 20, 2022 after battling COVID.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 11:00 a.m. at
Shelter Cove Church, 4242 Coffee Road, Modesto, CA. Burial services will be
private. Arrangements are by Franklin & Downs Funeral Home.
Tony was born in Modesto, California to Manuel and Mona Santos on December
27, 1956. He graduated from Central Catholic High School at Modesto in 1975.
After graduation, Tony joined the family plumbing and construction business as an
Estimator and Co-Vice President until it closed in 2019. During this time he was
active in the Valley Builders Exchange, along with his father Manuel Santos. They
both served as board members and Presidents, making them the first father and son
to do so in over ten years.
Tony enjoyed traveling around the world, making good friends along the way, and was
an avid sportsman with a passion for hunting and fishing. He was actively involved
in coaching his childrens Little League and other sports.
Tony is survived by his loving parents Manuel and Mona Santos; two children,
Tony Jr. (Saravy) Santos and Leah (Samuel) Bryant; brothers Christopher Samuel
(Betty) Santos and Daniel Lee Santos; grandchildren Charlotte and Cheyenne
Santos and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to The Salvation Army or other
charitable organization of choice.
The family of Tony Santos wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Shelter Cove,
