Gregory Hawkins

Gregory Mark Hawkins passed away on October 23, 2018 at the age of 69 years old. He was born on April 29, 1949 to the late Lloyd Samuel Hawkins and Margret Mary Fitzpatrick in Redwood City, Ca.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents, and his brother Lloyd “Cork” Hawkins.

Gregory is survived by his daughter Kayte Finley of Modesto, his three grandchildren; Ayden, Emma and Lily Finley and sister Teresa Vallard. Gregory was a professional Arabian Horse Trainer for over thirty years. In his spare time he enjoyed poetry Karaoke and creating art. Family was the most important thing to Gregory. His presence will truly be missed.

Franklin & Downs is honored to serve the Hawkins family during this time. A Memorial Service will take place at Franklin & Downs McHenry Chapel on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 10:00am. Following the service the family will be having a gathering to fellowship at daughter Kayte’s house. Friday night from 6:30 – 10:30pm there will be a Memorial Hot Rod Diner in Ceres where everyone is invited to celebrate Gregory’s life by singing karaoke, just how he would have like it.
