David Taylor

   On Thursday November 18th, David Arthur Taylor passed away in his family home in the late evening. He was 54 years old, having celebrated his birthday just 3 days prior. He is survived by his mother Diana & daughters Haley & Savana Taylor.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Woertink, & his grandparents, Doris & John Dankoff, & LaVon & Arthur Woertink.

He also leaves behind a half sister Amber Woertink, & many uncles, aunts, & cousins. An artist & electrician, he was born in San Bernardino in 1967 & was a member of the class of ‘85. A beloved son, father, nephew, cousin, & friend; the California native & avid 49’er fan also leaves behind two former spouses. The mother of his children, Sharon Carter, & Aurora Ortiz.

The family will be commemorating his life privately.
