Clarence Earls

Oakdale resident, Clarence Earls Jr., passed away in his home on Sunday, October 31st. He was born August 20, 1939 to parents, Clarence Melburn Earls and Ruth Rachel Lee in Salem, Oregon and began working at a young age. He worked primarily as a refrigeration engineer for 20 years.

Clarence was a plan enthusiast and pilot and enjoyed flying airplanes and remote controlled planes, as well as fishing, hunting, crafting and building things around the house.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, Melburn Earls and Glenda Earls, and his loving wife of 46 years, Mary Helen Earls. He is survived by his children, Marty Bentley (Randy) of Manteca, April Sheppard of Goodland, KS, Mary Ann Goss (Ron) of Lebanon, OR, and Daniel “Scott” Earls (Gwen) of Oakdale; grandchildren, Renee Bentley, Britney Cawrse, Daniel Earls Jr., Benjamin Earls, Hillary Sanders, Sarah Bentley, Logan Goss, and several great-grandchildren; and siblings, Betty Denny, Linda Skaggs, and Mary Tamplin.

Services are held privately.
