A wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many, left this world to join her Heavenly Father January 17th, 2020. She leaves behind her husband of 63 years, Jack R. Linaberry.She also leaves behind two sons and a daughter: James Linaberry [Joni], Susan Weiter, Todd Linaberry [Elizabeth], and five grandchildren: Timothy, Kelsey, Erika, Matthew and Erin. She had a beautiful soprano voice and sang in several Gilbert & Sullivan operettas in high school [Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn]. Beverly played Yum Yum in “The Mikado”, Lady Jane in “Patience”, and Buttercup in “H.M.S. Pinafore”. She attended Bucknell University and Columbia University, achieving a B.S. in Nursing in 1952. At Bucknell, in addition to singing with the Chapel Choir, Mixed Chorus and Women’s Glee Club, she had the female lead in “The Vagabond King” by Rudolf Friml & Johnny Burk.She met her husband Jack at Bucknell in 1950. They remained good friends for six years before marrying in 1956. They lived in Hasbrook Heights and Park Ridge, NJ, then Modesto CA, back to Millington NJ, and then to Atascacita TX. Jack retired and they moved to Pine Mountain Lake.With the Lord’s help she overcame three bouts of non-Hodgekins Lymphoma. We will miss her and love her forever. A memorial will take place February 29th at 11am at Big Valley Grace Community Church, 4040 Tully Rd., Modesto, CA 95356
