Basil Donald Kvasnikoff

Basil Donald (Buck) Kvasnikoff, 35, of Modesto, CA., passed away on 5/8/18 in Chicago, IL.

Basil was born in Anchorage, AK., to Mifaunwy Pratt and Paddy Kvasnikoff on 1/11/1983. He went to Ninilchik High School and graduated in 2002. He worked as a Union Carpenter building scaffolds since his early 20’s. He enjoyed fishing, barbequing, helping others, taking trips with his wife, telling stories of his adventures across the country, meeting and talking to new people, but most of all he loved his children.

Basil is survived by his Wife, Kristina Kvasnikoff of Modesto, CA., children: Jordan and Jakob Kvasnikoff, and Ivory-Basil Kvasnikoff, siblings: Michael Valencia, Gilbert Valencia, Christina Fefelov, Marlene Doiel, and Cyrus Kvasnikoff, parent Paddy Kvasnikoff, nieces and nephews: Katalia, Paulina, and Virginia Valencia, Sira, Kazdoya, Nikit, Justina and Isaak Fefelov, Amanda, Grace, Virginia, and Michaela Valencia, MaryJo, Mifaunwy, Matrona, Johnny, James, and Marie Kvasnikoff.

He is proceeded in death by his Mother Mifaunwy (Mojo) Pratt, and brother Levi Kvasnikoff.

Visitation and Funeral Service is private.

Buck will always be remembered for is big handsome smile, huge heart, silly joking charming personality. There was never a dull moment when he was around. He will be very much missed and loved more than he ever knew. Always a permanent part of our hearts. He always said that goodbyes were used when you’ll never see that person again. You always said “Later”.  This still isn’t goodbye. Until we meet again. Forever and a day.
