Alberto Francisco Torres

Francisco Alberto Torres, 66, of Modesto, CA entered into rest on October 11, 2017 in Ceres, CA. He was born on September 18, 1951 in Guadalajara, Jalisco to the late Miguel and Maria Guadalupe Torres.

Francisco was married to Ofelia Torres for 42 years; together they raised three children; Alberto Torres Jr. of Modesto, Veronica Canela and Joel Torres both of Ceres. Francisco was a vendor at “El Rematito” for 30 years. He was committed to working hard every day to make a great life for his family. Vivacious, generous and friendly with all people with whom he has crossed paths with. A dedicated member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. He will be greatly missed by all the people he influenced and by all those he has affected.
Francisco is survived by his loving wife Ofelia Torres and all of his children; Veronica (Isacc) Canela, Alberto (Annamarie) Torres, Joel (Maribel) Torres and eight grandchildren; Emily, Benia, Eden, Malachai, Hailey, Julian, Mia and Nudara as well as many more beloved extended family members.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Franklin & Downs Ceres Chapel. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 18th at 1:00 pm at Franklin & Downs Ceres Chapel. His final resting place will be at Ceres Memorial Park.
