Charles Edward McKeever Jr.

Charles E. Mckeever, 45, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes in Modesto on Tuesday, April 18, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father Charles E. Mckeever, and his brother Rayford Flowers. Charles is survived by his longtime love and companion Vicki Garcia of 27 years. He is further remembered through his mother Pauline; children Natasha, Marinna, and Charles; grandchildren Santiago and Kataaliyah; siblings Victoria, John, Michelle, Steve, Angela, and David.
 Charles loved fishing, camping, a good rack of ribs and everything Dallas Cowboys! Charles was a very loving and caring man with a laugh that would warm anyone's heart. He was a dedicated City of Modesto employee. He will be sorely missed.
